Meet the orchestra that connects the world with musicians and singers from the most diverse cultures of our planet. More….

In 2020 we put all our energy into the biggest CD production in the history of our orchestra. Recorded in the most beautiful and best studios in Baden-Württemberg and Europe, we have given not only our heart and soul, but also the best recording technology from a fantastic audio team around Markus Born & Dennis Kopacz.

For this production we were able to attract such diverse and fascinating singers as Jay Alexander, Abeer Nehme, Yasemine Sannino, Oksana Voytovich, Eva Leticia, Jerusalem Ilfu, Mohamad Habbal, Serkan Ates & Kandara Diebate. The result is a concept album reminiscent of the great albums of the 70s by Pink Floyd, David Bowie and the Beatles.

It is a great honor for us that Universal Music MENA has released our album.

With this CD the Orchestra of Cultures gives an overview of its first 10 years and at the same time an outlook on the future.

Sacred works such as the “Ave Verum” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in an extraordinary arrangement by Adrian Werum, are juxtaposed with cross-cultural symphonic pop songs such as “Sonbahar” and “Für mein neues Vaterland.”
Jay Alexander, associated with the orchestra for many years, sets new artistic accents with Robert Schumann’s “Im wunderschönen Monat Mai”. Abeer Nehme, one of the most beautiful voices of the Orient, is part of this world tour as well as Mohammad Habbal and the Philharmonia
Choir Stuttgart with the fusion of the Arabic hymn “Mowteni” and Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy”.
Recorded in the Kleine Audiowelt Heidelberg and in the Hans-Rosbaud-Studios of the SWR in Baden-Baden, mastered by Christoph Stickel in Vienna, we have combined recording technique & art on this CD the way we always imagined it.
