Benjamin Laxa,

born in Oldenburg-Holstein in 1987, received his first horn lessons at the age of 10 with Haagen Bleeck, at 17 with Andreas Klebsch (RLP State Philharmonic Orchestra) and study preparation with Richard Schneider (RLP State Philharmonic Orchestra). As a young horn player, he received his musical skills in the Mannheim Youth Symphony Orchestra and the RLP State Youth Orchestra. Deutsche Radiophilharmonie Kaiserslautern) at the HfM Mannheim and graduated there in 2014. Since 2014 Benjamin Laxa has been a teacher at the music schools Südliche Bergstraße, Sinsheim, Eppingen and Bad Dürkheim. During his studies, he gained experience with the

Philharmonic Orchestra Merck, the Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra Mannheim, the Frankfurt Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of Korea and the Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester Mannheim.
