(2) If you would like to order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need for the processing of your order. Mandatory data required for the processing of contracts are marked separately, other data are voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. For this purpose, we may pass on your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

Newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.

(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletters. This means that after you have registered, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the respective newsletter. We store your email addresses, IP addresses and times of registration and, if applicable, confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to be able to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

(3) The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.

(4) You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the respective newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, by e-mail to datenschutz@roc-berlin.de or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.

(5) We would like to point out that images are reloaded from our web server when the newsletter is opened. The resulting data is only used to measure reach (number of newsletters opened). The data is only collected in pseudonymised form, there is no link to your personal data.

Such an evaluation is not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed to you in full and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the evaluation mentioned above takes place.

Web Analysis - Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. Facebook Pixel

This website uses the "Facebook Pixel." The "Visitor Action Pixel" is a service provided by Facebook Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Google Tag Manager
